Since 1992 we have been manufacturing a large range of European and Australian Ham and Smallgoods products for our many clients.

Our brands now include, The Burgomaster, The Blackforest Smokehouse and Byers.

We service a wide variety of food operations including major restaurants, caterers, food wholesalers & delicatessens both directly from our factory and through our distribution network which extends from Townsville to Tasmania.

We pride ourselves on our products and welcome you to our factory to view and purchase in our wholesale factory shop.

Our recent acquisition of the Byers brand has extended our range and broadened our distribution base.

We use the finest Pork and Beef in our products and source our European spices from Australian companies.

We have recently been able to source a reliable supplier of Genuine Free Range Pork, to further enhance our product list. The products are Blackforest Leg Ham on the Bone, Blackforest Ezy Cut Leg Ham and Blackforest Regal Leg Ham. These will be made to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to manufacture these fine tasting articles.

HACCP approved, we follow strict procedures to ensure you the best Quality, consistency and product wholesomeness.

Many of our recipes have been handed down to us by our father and company patriarch Siegfried Mueller, and we follow these tried and tested formulas, to produce authentic tasting European products.

Our modern smokehouses are computer controlled to allow a even consistent smoke to our articles. We import our own wood-chips directly from the source at Germany, which have a renewable forest policy. Only the best Beech-wood chips are selected for our products.
