Traditional Double Smoked Leg Ham

Made the old way, a full leg of pork, bones removed, trimmed of excess fat and sinew, pickled, rolled, double smoked and cooked to produce the finest ham you will taste. Approximate weight: Whole 6-8 kilos or Halves 3-4 kilo.


Leg Hams

Soccerball Leg Ham

Full leg meat, trimmed of skin and fat. Pickled smoked and cooked. 18 cm in diameter, available in Full (8 kilos) and Halves (4 kilos)

Boneless Ezy Cut Leg Ham

Full Leg meat, trimmed of fat and skin. Stuffed into elastic netting, which is later removed. Smoked and cooked. Available in Full (6 kilos) and Halves (3 kilos)

Prager Leg Ham

Full leg meat, trimmed of skin and fat. Pickled smoked and cooked. 12 cm in diameter approx. 3 kilo

1/2 Moon Ezy Cut Leg Ham

Full leg with only the shank bone remaining. Flat on one side for easier carving. Cured, smoked and cooked. Also available in Virginia Style (Pressed Flat). Approx. 22cm  in diameter, 7.5 kilo.

Regal Leg Ham

Full Leg bones removed and trimmed. Small covering of skin to retain moisture, in a elastic net. Cured smoked and cooked. Available in Whole (7 kilo) or halves (3.5 kilo)

Leg Ham On The Bone

Traditional Christmas ham. Full leg on the bone, pickled, cured, smoked and cooked. Ready to carve. Available in Whole legs (around 11 kilos) or halves (around 5.5 kilo)

Flat Double Smoked Leg Ham

Full Leg bones removed and trimmed. Small covering of skin to retain moisture, in a elastic net, pressed flat. Cured, smoked and cooked. Available in Whole (7 kilo) or halves (3.5 kilo)

Champagne Ham

Just like our 1/2 Moon Ezy Cut, only smaller. Small bone remains at the shank, with a skin covering to retain the moisture. Cured Smoked and cook, flat on one side, for easier carving.

Whole approx. 3kg.
